Brilliant Brain Boost Blend

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond or Coconut Milk/Water
- 1 fresh or frozen Avocado (diced and pit removed)
- 1-2 TBSP Raw Cacao
- 1-2 TBSP Flax or Hemp Seeds
- 1-1.5 Banana (preferably frozen and chopped)
- 1 Cup Kale (add conservatively if you have a super picky kiddo - even a little adds a big boost for the brain).
Directions
- Add liquid and all other ingredients to the blender.
- Blend gradually beginning at low speed and slowly increasing speeds.
- Add Ice as needed.
Options
Swap 1/3 cup frozen cauliflower for 1/2 banana. You may need to add raw honey or dates/raisins to sweeten.
