What are the favorite features of your home in Ardsley Park?
We have enjoyed our home so much in every way but our favorite feature has been the convenience of its location and the proximity to Habersham Village shops, along with the Ardsley park community and parks. We also love the renovated kitchen space and the amount of natural light the home has to offer!
Any history of the home that we are aware of?
The house has its original doorknobs from 1951! We love how it adds a charming character to it and love getting asked where we got them from.
What are some of the most recent renovations done to your home?
The house was renovated in 2021 and features oak hardwood flooring, wood burning fireplace, and cool toned walls. Walnut cabinetry, quartz countertops, and KitchenAid SS range/oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and fridge (ft. interior water dispenser) complete the kitchen. Rare sunroom and laundry rooms adjoin the kitchen with a set of French doors. Primary suite has plenty of room for king sized bed, and offers adjoined closet with updated adjustable storage, and fully renovated bathroom with walk-in shower.

We will miss our awesome neighbors and will remember hosting our friends, family and members of the Ardsley Garden Club & Neighborhood Association.
The endless summer backyard gatherings for ice cream with our neighbors and just sharing our backyard with our golden retrievers.
