- 1 – Package Organic Green Lentils
- 1 -- Yellow Onion
- 2 – Carrots
- 2 – Celery Stocks
- 1 – tsp Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Powder, Garlic Salt and Garlic Powder
- 1 – carton of Chicken Broth
- 2 – TBS Better Than Bouillon Chicken
- 1 – Can Tomato Paste
- 1 – Head of Kale
- 1 – Cup Chopped Up Rotisserie Chicken
Sauté Chopped Onion, Carrots, and Celery for Several Minutes in Olive oil. Add Lentils for About Another minute Or Two and Continue to Sauté.
Add 4 Cups of Chicken Broth and Another 3-4 Cups of Water. Bring to A Boil and Season with the Above Seasonings. Add Tomato Sauce and Lentils.
Simmer Covered for About Two and A Half Hours Until Lentils Are Soft.
Top With Fresh Parmesan Cheese and Enjoy!
