MAY FLOWERS ARE HERE, and hopefully, the end of the pollen season. The dawn of another beautiful Texas summer is upon us, and with it comes hot weather, an abundance of outdoor activities, and the conclusion of another school year. Yes, before we know it, teachers and students will put down their pencils and books and embark on highly anticipated vacations. The coming months will be filled with days at the pool, family excursions, and the sights and sounds of our neighborhood children as they decompress from their studies. 

     In addition to the wonderful weather, there is always plenty to do to keep ourselves busy and entertained during the summer months. Right here in our community, we are fortunate to have beautiful pools and recreation areas, the offerings of tennis, and (of course!) an 18-hole golf club designed by Tour 18 Inc., innovators in golf course technology. The course negotiates mature pines, dogwoods and oaks. The tees and fairways are Baby Bermuda grass, while the greens feature TifEagle. The clubhouse spans 100,000 square feet and suggests the charm of a stately mansion. The Augusta Pines Restaurant (Savannah) and Bar compliments our southern theme with an elegant, but casual, cuisine. So, while the warmer weather draws us outdoors and offers us plenty to do, don’t forget to take pictures and let us know any interesting stories here at Stroll Augusta Pines and The Creeks. As things open up even more and we begin to travel, please keep us in mind; we would love to share your amazing trip with the neighborhood. We are always looking for neighborhood news and photos to share.
