Meet Harold Cooper, co-owner and publisher of Stroll Barboursville, an exclusive publication for the residents of the Barboursville area.

Harold and his wife and partner, Theresa, also own Stroll Hurricane and Stroll Winfield. Harold and Theresa have over 25 years of experience in the local media industry. The couple, who raised six sons, have called Hurricane their home for the last 30-plus years

Harold is thrilled to serve the community by publishing stories and photos of residents of the area in his beautiful and informative monthly magazine. In addition, he provides local businesses a unique opportunity to get their message in front of a very desirable demographic of homeowners. The business owners he works with love being able to build trust and word-of-mouth referrals with local homeowners through a unique partnership that includes print, digital, and social media advertising.
