The recent Bentwater Home & Lifestyle Expo, held on April 6th from 10 AM to 4 PM at the community park behind the POA building, turned out to be a great and windy event!

New this year, the event featured a chili cookoff, inviting residents to showcase their skills, compete for prizes, and join a team. The Bad News Bahrs took first place in the Traditional Chili, and Toni Sellers took home the People's Choice Award. Proceeds from the cookoff went to prizes and Meals on Wheels of Montgomery County.  

But that wasn't all! Alongside the chili cookoff, there was also a plant swap and sale, offering attendees the chance to enhance their gardens with new additions.

For the younger attendees, the event offered a Kid Zone filled with free, entertaining activities throughout the day.

And what's an event without delicious food? Food trucks served up tasty treats to satisfy everyone's cravings, while live music performances added to the vibrant atmosphere.

With live entertainment, over 50 local vendors, and a strong sense of community spirit, the Bentwater Home & Lifestyle Event delivered an unforgettable experience for families.

The event was proudly hosted by the Watkins Team TX real estate team, Gaye and Steve Watkins, and coordinated by Bentwater Life magazine.
