Meet Juan Perez, Owner of New Springs Landscaping & Hardscaping

Owner of New Springs Landscaping & Hardscaping Juan Perez can make your ideal vision of your yard come to life. He’s a visionary and an outdoor artist. His team has transformed multiple yards in Biltmore Park with waterfalls and stonework.

“I love the incredible canvases in Biltmore Park to create beautiful outdoor spaces with natural elements like waterfalls and stonework,” Juan says. “I feel incredibly grateful to work with the wonderful families in these neighborhoods and turn their ideas and plans into their dream backyards.

“The most important thing for me with every project is to be able to know what clients have in mind. Once we collaborate, I’m able to give each client options to create the best outdoor living area possible. I like taking ideas and a vision and turning that into reality with various natural elements and creating green areas,” he says.

New Springs Landscaping & Hardscaping is locally owned and operated and has worked for many years on both residential and commercial projects around WNC. Some of New Springs’ offerings include:

  • Patios
  • Walkways
  • Firepits or fireplaces
  • Waterfalls
  • Outdoor kitchens
  • Planting, mulching
  • Designs with natural elements
  • Complete lawn maintenance service

Juan Perez has been married to his wife, Irais, for 12 years and they have one daughter, Vanessa.

Juan says, “I want families to love the backyard spaces we design. My goal is for yards to be both beautiful and comfortable.” New Springs can provide a custom installation to fit nearly any budget.

***SIDEBAR PULLED QUOTE*** “Just wanted to share our first experience with Juan Perez at New Springs Landscaping. We had trees pruned, bushes trimmed and mulch laid down. And it looks amazing! Juan’s team was prompt, thorough, respectful and tidy throughout the whole process. Will definitely use them again.” —Mike Stone, Dianthus Drive
