Looking back on this past year and ahead to the next let me give you an update on several projects the HOA has completed in 2024 and pending for 2025.

In 2024 the Enclave Pool was given a facelift by staining the Arbor and repainting the fence around the pool. The picnic table and cement surface were power washed. In 2025, some of the chairs need the slings replaced and the tile around the fountain will be replaced. The main pool had the decking power washed, new loungers were purchased, and some had the slings replaced. The wood fencing was repaired and stained. The poles for the covers were painted. Thankfully, we did get a new pool cleaning company and have been very satisfied with their work. The concrete steps in front of the clubhouse and concrete by the tennis courts were repaired. The tennis courts received two new nets and two new squeegees.

We have had some major electrical problems at the entry areas that will need to be repaired prior to any landscaping done in those areas. Wires have rusted after thirty years, and this will be a major expense for the HOA both for the monument lights and the Christmas lights. There was a study done for the entrances to have some major renewal of the landscape. The changes will need to be made gradually and with an understanding that Horizon and 549 will be widened and may affect what is done. Water issues with the city also affect the new landscape. We are presently working on the lights and a pump for the ponds.

We had a record level participation in the opening of the pool this past summer. It was a fun time for all.
