Mother Nature threw everything but the kitchen sink at us – downpours, thunder, lightning – but the spirit of the 2024 Concert for a Cause couldn't be dampened!

Did the weather stop us? Heck no! Around 60 dedicated souls (seriously dedicated – you're our heroes!) braved the elements, gathering at our place and our amazing next-door neighbors', Angi and Chris Laney. While we were hoping for a crowd of 150 in our backyards and 300 boats rocking the cove with us, the incredible turnout and the phenomenal $52,000 raised for Parkinson's research proved that even surprise storms can't stop the power of community!

Speaking of rockstars, did someone say silent auction? Our hearts go out to anyone who bid on those amazing Gucci shades (seriously, instant rockstar status!). Still, the real winner is Parkinson's research, thanks to items like the legendary Bourbon Bonanza (Blanton's, anyone?), a brand new Bosch dishwasher, a Father’s Day grill-out bundle of prime ribeyes and a tomahawk from Piazza Geist Market with Cambridge neighbor Jenny Beaber, a luxury design consult by award-winning GreyHunt Interiors owned by our Cambridge neighbor Sally Lord, an aesthetics and wellness lounge experience at Transcend RX owned by our Cambridge neighbor Kandace Johnson, a dreamy Napa Valley getaway, and so much more.

And the food? Our neighborhood partner, FoxGardin Family, served up an array of mouthwatering dishes crafted with the freshest local ingredients. Their culinary creations were complemented by expertly mixed beverages at both bars, making every bite and sip an absolute delight!
