Lisa and Greg Stephens, who have lived in Chateau Elan for five years, recently celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary with a trip to St. Lucia. They stayed at the Royalton, an Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort. Without leaving the hotel, they were able to enjoy a variety of onsite restaurants. Their favorites were a food truck with beef patties and a coffee shop that served a delicious rum cake. The Royalton also features seven bars, several swimming pools, a spa, fitness facilities, and more. It’s only minutes away from Rodney Bay, a hot spot for shopping, dining, and nightlife.

St. Lucia is a small island country located in the eastern Caribbean, known for its Piton Mountains, waterfalls, hiking trails, and white sand beaches. Lisa was fascinated to learn that there’s an active volcano on the island and while on a tour, they told her that locals believe the area’s mud baths have healing properties due to the high mineral content from the volcano.
