Chateau Residents Enjoy the Braselton Halloween Golf Cart Parade & Festival
On October 26th, the spirit of Halloween came alive as residents from Chateau Elan joined in on the fun at the Braselton Halloween PathParade & Carnival. The festivities began at S&S Ace Hardware, where a lineup of creatively decorated golf carts awaited their moment to shine in the Best Decorated Carts contest.
The parade traveled along Braselton’s Life Path, with residents delighting spectators on their Halloween-themed carts, each showcasing unique and spooky designs. The parade’s final stop was at the Primrose parking lot, where an array of carnival activities awaited. Food trucks offered delicious treats, while carnival games, inflatable Jumpies, face painting, and candy stations hosted by event sponsors gave kids endless entertainment. The Halloween fun extended throughout the afternoon, creating a festive experience for families and friends alike.
Two Chateau Elan families stood out in the Best Decorated Carts competition. Jeff and Angie Barford took home honors with their cart designed as the beloved character Lightning McQueen, bringing an element of fun and nostalgia to the parade. The Saraswat family’s cart offered a spooky twist, complete with ghosts, ghouls, and skeletons, earning them a spot as a top entry. Congratulations to these talented neighbors for sharing their creativity and Halloween spirit with the community!
From the Life Path parade to the Primrose carnival, it was a Halloween celebration to remember. Thank you to all who participated, and a special shoutout to our Chateau Elan residents for representing the neighborhood with flair!
