Welcome to Stroll Crestline!
Change is a funny thing. Some people love it — can’t wait for the next season or the next big thing. For others, change brings a longing for what used to be.
You can walk the streets of Crestline and see signs of change everywhere. New babies, new families, new shops, and new homes. But for everything that changes in a community like Crestline, there is a tradition that remains. A family tie that binds. A culture that endures even as individual people come and go.
We’re launching Stroll Crestline because we love neighbors and we love neighborhoods. We love stories from the past and the promise of the future. We love precocious kids. (We can't wait for you to meet Wade! Why is he in our first issue? Because he walked up to us and asked!) We love the light in people’s eyes when they talk about their neighbors. And we love dogs. We really love dogs.
But this magazine is not about us. We want to help build community at a time when we could all use a little more of it. We believe in the power of well-told stories and beautiful pictures to strengthen relationships among neighbors. We hope to introduce you to our brand partners in a way that creates a benefit for you and for them. We hope to add to your lives and to the place you call home.
We are grateful to the families who have generously shared their stories and the ones who will in the years to come. Please let us know what you love and what you’d like to see added or changed. Please continue to share your stories, your traditions, and your community.
We will commit to honoring the stories of Crestline and the people who make it a precious place to call home.
