Welcome to Stroll Davenport Ranch! We are thrilled to bring you this inaugural issue of your personalized neighborhood magazine, exclusively for the residents of Davenport Ranch and Davenport Ranch West. It is with great pride and excitement that we present this platform where our neighborhood can come together one page at a time, to celebrate our shared experiences and enjoy our neighborhood together. We hope you come to eagerly anticipate this magazine, each month.
This unique publication is designed by the residents and for the residents. Our goal is for Stroll Davenport Ranch to reflect the collective spirit of our neighbors while we celebrate our achievements, journeys, and talents. We hope to create a more meaningful connection between neighbors, friends, and families. We invite each one of you, our neighbors, to actively participate in the magazine's diverse content. This publication is yours and we hope it can inspire each and every one of you!
On these pages, you will find stories of the incredible accomplishments of our children. You will read heartwarming anecdotes of our beloved family pets. Each month we will introduce a Davenport Ranch family or resident that will grace the cover of that issue.
We are also excited to feature everything from that recipe you've perfected to your gardening tips, to that beautiful sunset photo you captured from your backyard. We encourage you to reach out with your own ideas of what you'd like to see. We want our residents to be heard! Your contributions are what will make this publication so special.
Stroll Davenport Ranch will not only include your personal stories and photos, but also social event information specific to our neighborhoods, key dates for the community, reliable and reputable business sponsor information, as well as articles. We will also host social gatherings in our neighborhood where you can mingle with old friends and new, and have the opportunity to meet our partners.

Davenport Ranch is in the nationally ranked Eanes ISD school district. Tthe Penny Backer Bridge and Austin Country Club are in the community, The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation is also in the neighborhood on the Davenport Ranch West Side.
Davenport Ranch is a picturesque and prestigious neighborhood with its breathtaking views of Lake Austin and the surrounding hills. The neighborhood offers an exquisite blend of luxury living, natural beauty, and a tight-knit community which makes it an excellent place to raise a family or retire peacefully. Davenport Ranch is synonymous with elegant and stately homes with quality craftsmanship. The Hidden Park is a private amenity for exclusive use by Davenport Ranch residents. It is located off Westlake Drive, one-quarter mile east of Carry Back and has a key-card gate entry.
The park includes a playground, a hard-surface tennis court with backboard, and a one-mile nature trail that winds through dense woodlands and across creeks. It is 6 feet wide and paved in a combination of concrete and crushed granite, depending on terrain. The park is a great destination with kids, dogs or for just a solitary walk with nature. Walkup use of the tennis court is permitted, but reservations take priority.
