It’s not often that a company makes you compelled to share a positive review. More often than not, it’s the rants that are most vocal. However, J Molnar has been one of those companies that has been clutch for our household. Whether it’s my desperate call when something goes awry with my one of our three AC units during the hottest day or trying to determine a solution to make our house just a little more comfortable, J Molnar’s team has gone above and beyond. One simple example is a recent time when we called in a panic on a weekend that our AC was out only to find out that my 6 yrd-old was playing in the back closet and turned off the AC switch. Even after discovering it and calling back to cancel, they stopped by on a house call to make sure we were all good without charging for the visit. Recently, we had thought a ceiling leak issue was a result of an AC drain line above our kitchen. The technician responded immediately, discovering that it was not an AC issue but an actual unknown roof leak nagging us over a few years undiscovered. Even after completing his review, without even a slight reservation, he crawled back in a hot, tight attic with my phone camera and documented all the trouble spots so that I could help us know what needed to be done. “I obtained my HVAC certification and embarked on a journey with several HVAC companies in my youth, starting as a helper and gradually advancing," Jamie recounts.
"Opening my own business was a cherished dream come true. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, I spent 14 years at Publix," Jamie reflects.
"The experience I gained there was invaluable, laying the groundwork for my future endeavors.
Maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems for corporate buildings provided me with abundant experience and knowledge," Jamie explains. "It led me to pursue becoming a state-licensed HVAC contractor and establish my own business to serve my community. Those experiences have shaped who I am today and equipped me with the skills needed to thrive as a business owner," Jamie concludes gratefully.

Jamie, originally from Ohio, relocated to Lakeland in 1984 during his childhood. In his leisure moments, he cherishes quality time with his family.
"I'm happily married to a woman who's not only beautiful but also incredibly smart and caring," Jamie beams. “We have three sons, one daughter, and three adorable grandsons. And let’s not forget our beloved French Bulldog, who, in her own mind, believes she’s human,” he quips with a smile.
In his downtime, Jamie indulges in a variety of leisure activities, including boating, grilling, watching football, and tending to his yard. "My neighbors and friends recognize me as the guy with the impeccably manicured lawn," Jamie shares with a smile. "It's not just a chore; it's my stress reliever, something that brings me genuine happiness." His commitment to his lawn reflects his unwavering dedication to excellence in all aspects of life.
