Eastover

Delivering neighborhood connections to your mailbox every month.

Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.

We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.

We are grateful to serve this amazing community.

Every month, we share stories from and about different residents within our neighborhood.

See below for a few of our recent favorites.

Tay Morgan

My name is Tay Cossar Morgan, I was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi and am married to Bill Morgan. We have two adult children, Meggie Morgan McKemey (Tripp) and Cossar Morgan (Catie) and one grandchild, George McKemey. I am an artist by trade and also the owner and publisher of 4 Stroll publications in Mississippi: Stroll Bridgewater, Lake Caroline, Wellsgate Oxford and Eastover. Our goal is to connect neighbors to neighbors and businesses to their ideal clients.

As the owner of the magazine, I am responsible for recruiting all magazine sponsors, gathering all content, photos and stories, managing our mailing list, organizing our Stroll events, connecting neighbors and sponsors, overseeing our social media, and more. I work with an amazing staff to produce these publications each and every month!
