Founded in 2018, King of Spring is a members-only, non-profit group made up of approximately 120 professionals who live and work in the Greater Jackson area, love the awesome sport of turkey hunting, and care for the greater good of the community by raising money and awareness for local charities.  Every year around the end of March, they come together to fellowship and compete against each other, hunting on their separate pieces of land across the state, to see who can harvest the biggest turkey and the winner is crowned “King of Spring”.  Since their inception just 6 years ago they have raised over $120,000.00 for in state charities.  They have just announced that the Little Light House will be the new non-profit that they will support for the foreseeable future.
