Jillian's journey began in Central Pennsylvania, where she has spent the majority of her life. Raised by a father who instilled in her the belief that she could achieve anything she set her mind to, Jillian learned the value of perseverance early on. Her first foray into the working world was at the age of 14, working as a front desk receptionist for her father's chiropractic office. This experience not only honed her communication skills but also laid the foundation for her future in helping others.

However, life presented its challenges. After losing her mother to cancer in July 2022, Jillian found solace in the resilience and determination her mother exhibited, a quality she fondly refers to as "grit." This spirit became a driving force, pushing her to do whatever it takes to continue helping business owners succeed.

Jillian's academic journey reflects her diverse interests and unwavering commitment to learning. From studying psychology and child development to transitioning to elementary education, she explored various fields before discovering her passion for accounting. Her tenacity and dedication led her to earn a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting from Penn State Harrisburg, graduating with an impressive 3.98 GPA despite the challenges of being a working single mom at the time.

Her professional journey is equally remarkable, with roles ranging from Office Manager to Staff Accountant at a CPA firm to Finance Manager at a large engineering firm with over 500 employees. The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic prompted Jillian to reevaluate her career path, leading to the inception of Dynamic Accounting, LLC.

Dynamic Accounting, LLC, is not your typical bookkeeping firm. Jillian's unique approach involves building strong relationships with every business owner, making herself an integral part of their team. Her genuine concern for her clients' success goes beyond bookkeeping, as she pulls from 20+ years of experience working inside small businesses and being closely engaged with the business owners.  Jillian serves as a sounding board providing a multitude of valuable resources to benefit many aspects of their business.

Jillian's commitment to responsiveness and accuracy sets her apart. She reconciles every account on the Balance Sheet monthly, and ensures the P&L exhibits reliable and consistent data. Her advice to residents emphasizes the importance of accounting software, recommending QuickBooks Online for its efficiency in tracking transactions. She also emphasizes the significance of maintaining separate business and personal expenses to streamline financial management.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jillian is a devoted mother of three and an advocate for healthy living. Her love for reading, continuous education, and spending quality time with her family defines her personal life. Frequent visits to her sister's home in Wilmington, North Carolina provide cherished moments by the beach.
