Embracing the spine-tingling spirit of Halloween, Forest Hills came alive with eerie enchantment during the first annual Halloween Contest. Witches, goblins, and ghosts roamed the streets, with the best of the best earning their place in the spotlight. Lisa S. reigned supreme in the Best Home Decorations category, while Andrew Z. enchanted the crowd with the Best Costume. Eileen C.'s pet brought howls of delight, securing the Best Pet title.
