The Haley family is one of Forest Ridge’s newest additions, having moved in February 2024, and they’re already feeling right at home. Kailey and her husband are parents to two energetic boys—Michael, 3, and Isaac, 11 months—who keep them on their toes. Their family wouldn’t be complete without their three beloved dogs, Wally, Luna, and Budward, each a “custom build” with their own unique personalities.  

Kailey works as a pediatrician, while her husband is a residential realtor with a passion for helping families find their dream homes. He also gives back to the community by donating a percentage of his earnings to The Demand Project. When they’re not working, the Haleys love playing tennis and pickleball, spending time with their boys, and enjoying the outdoors at The Gathering Place and LaFortune Park.  

Food is another big part of their lives, with Señor Pancho and Rocking R Ranch House topping their list of favorite restaurants. They also love to travel—San Diego Comic-Con is on their calendar for 2025, and they had a memorable ski trip to Wolf Creek in 2023.  

For the Haleys, one of the best things about Forest Ridge is the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s seeing neighbors out for a walk, getting a friendly wave, or having someone close their garage door if they accidentally leave it open, they love the sense of community here.
