Pet’s name: Bergen 

 

Type of animal/breed: Sheepadoodle

 

Male or female: Male 

 

Pet’s age: 4 years old 

 

Where/why did you get your pet? Bergen is from Utah. We flew him back on a plane when he was a baby, and it is the one and only time he will fit in a puppy travel bag. 

 

Is there a story behind its name? Yes! We wanted something to go with his black & white colors. Upon Googling, we found the name Bergen which is a domino game. Only later did we find out that Bergen is also the name of the mean troll from the Trolls movie but Bergen is the furthest thing from mean. He LOVES everyone!

 

Anything special or unusual about them (talents/quirks)? He is very smart, and so emotional. Sometimes we think he’s a human trapped inside of a dogs body.

 

What do you like best about your pet? He’s literally the best dog ever. He makes us laugh every day. If we’re having a bad day, he immediately makes us feel better. 

 

Any funny stories? He keeps us laughing day in and day out. He’s a big dog but doesn’t know it. One time, we told him it was bed time and he didn’t want to so he went to hide under the bed. The thing was, he barely fit and his tail was sticking out. He thought we couldn’t see him though.

 

How spoiled is your pet? Very. He gets everything he wants because he deserves it.

 

What else should we know about your pet and/or how your pet has enriched your home/family? As you can see from the pictures, he’s quite the character. He loves playing outside, especially in the snow from this past January. He also loves his stuffed toys, Frederick the frog & Ernesto the elephant!
