Amber was born in Hollywood, Florida. Her early childhood was spent on the East Coast in Cocoa Beach, while her later childhood was on the West Coast in the Fort Myers area. She attended college in Gainesville, Florida, proudly cheering for the Gators, and eventually settled in Tampa Bay. Since 2013, Amber and her family have lived in the Lakeland and Mulberry area. Amber’s family includes her husband, Frankie, and their two children, Aria (8) and Tristan (11). Their household also includes a variety of pets: two dogs (Sookie and Cinco), two geckos, three turtles, three hermit crabs, six fish, and eleven chickens. They are often seen at local parks, the Silvermoon Drive-In Movie Theatre, or enjoying board games together.

Amber's journey into her current career began in her teenage years when her neighbors trained her in horse care. This experience inspired her to start a business called "Amber Odd Jobs," where she offered pet care, babysitting, and home cleaning services. This led to a kennel job at a local veterinary clinic, which fueled her passion for animal care. Amber attended the University of Florida, studying Animal Sciences with the initial goal of becoming a veterinarian. However, she found her calling as a Veterinary Nurse and has worked in the field for over 13 years, primarily in Emergency Medicine. During this time, she also began pet sitting on the side, eventually founding Atta Boy! Animal Care in 2013.

Atta Boy! Animal Care is an award-winning professional pet care company serving the Lakeland, Mulberry, and Bartow areas. They specialize in drop-in visits at clients’ homes, allowing pets to remain in their familiar environment. In 2023, Amber launched the Atta Boy! Mobile Dog Gym Treadmills Gym to provide pets with exercise and mental stimulation in a climate-controlled environment, addressing the challenges of Florida’s weather.

What sets Atta Boy! Animal Care apart is their comprehensive and professional approach. The company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, with a team of over 13 background-screened and certified pet care professionals available 365 days a year. Their staff undergoes training in pet growth, development, nutrition, first aid, and safety. They also have Veterinary Nurses and Dog Trainers on staff to oversee pet care and develop safety and training processes. All visits are GPS tracked and locally monitored, with families receiving updates and pet photos after each visit. Atta Boy! has completed over 30,000 visits and donates services to local rescues and service dog organizations for every purchased visit. They rotate weekly at the SPCA Florida, Polk County Bully Rescue, and ASA Service Dogs, providing free services to shelter and training pets.
