I got her from Raining Cats and Dogs Shelter & Sanctuary in Plant City.

 

I was living in my house with my Grandmother, and she passed away in December. Once she was gone, the house was very quiet and I’d always had pets growing up, so it seemed natural to get a puppy.

 

 

My senior year, I spent a semester in Europe and during that semester made many trips around Europe. It’s hard to pick a favorite spot, but Barcelona was one of them, so it earned the namesake for her!

 

 

She hunts flies. I have a windowsill around my dining room table, which is low enough for her to get her paws up on. Whenever a fly lands low enough for her to reach, she attacks it.

 

 

She gets along well with every person and pet we’ve met; she is a lover & extremely social.

 

 

 

As I was cleaning up my garage, I was putting boxes up in the attic. When the ladder was down, she decided she would try to join me…so she climbed up the attic ladder to join me.

 

 

Extremely, she has an invisible fence and gets to roam around the yard freely. As well as our morning runs at 6am, so she can get all her energy out.
