Do you have any pets?  We have three dogs.  We have two terrier rescues — Tiger and Dusty.  Tiger celebrated his 14th birthday on July 4, and Dusty is a sweet loving 8-year-old.  We also have a 2-and-a-half-year-old German Shepherd named Maggie Mae.  Maggie is a social butterfly, and her favorite activities are riding the golf cart and swimming in our pool.  We also have a feisty cat named Cammie.  

Where are you from?  Daniel is from Memphis, and Michelle is from Olive Branch.

How long have you lived in the neighborhood?  Five years

Is there anything your neighbors might know you for?  We can often be seen driving the neighborhood in our 1969 Camaro Convertible.

How long have you been with your spouse?  We are high school sweethearts.  We met in 1990 while working at Kroger.  

Tell us about your kids.  We have two sons.  Parker is 23, and Carson is 18.  They both attended St. Benedict at Auburndale High School.  Parker was on the wrestling team, and Carson was on the baseball team.    Parker is a delivery contractor for Family Leisure, and Carson works with him when on breaks from school.  They deliver hot tubs, play sets and patio furniture.  You can follow their adventures at BubblyTubMovers on TikTok.  Carson will be a sophomore at Jackson State Community College in the fall.  Both boys enjoy working out and golfing.  

What do you like to do together as a family? As a family, we try our best to go to the Gulf Coast each year.  We don’t have a set destination; we may go to Destin, Gulf Shores or Dauphin Island.  We also enjoy disconnecting at the lake.

What is your profession?  Daniel is the director of professional services for a large software company, and Michelle is an accountant with OR Nurses Nationwide.

What do you love about what you do? Daniel loves to develop and coach his employees.

What do you love doing?  Daniel has always had a passion for cars.  He has owned many Camaros over the years.  He has another 1969 that is in the process of being restored.  He can often be found at the Cruise-Ins that are held on the Collierville Square throughout the summer months.  Michelle has a passion for photography and enjoys group classes at the YMCA.

Describe your perfect day.  A perfect day for Michelle would be one like a snow day where you can put the routine of life on hold and just play in the snow, make hot chocolate, cook and sit by the fire.  

A perfect day for Daniel would be one spent on the lake fishing with his dad, starting the day early, eating lunch his dad packs and enjoying good conversation.

What are your favorite things to do around town?  On the weekends, we enjoy hanging out with friends, eating dinner and having drinks on outdoor patios and visiting local breweries.

What are your favorite restaurants and TV shows?  Our favorite restaurant is Skybox, and our favorite brewery is Wiseacre.  If we sit down to watch TV as a family, The Office or Impractical Jokers is what will almost always be what we turn on.

Why did you choose to live in this neighborhood?  When we decided we wanted to move to Collierville, we drove through Halle and were instantly in love with the neighborhood.  Halle is such a pretty neighborhood and there were so many people out and about.  Everyone was so friendly, waving as we drove by.  We knew this was where we wanted to live.
