Meet Your Publisher
Krissa Johansen
Krissa Johansen has called Hammock Bay home since 2020. After discovering the neighborhood, they were drawn to its warmth and beauty and moved just 6 months later. Originally from Kansas City, Krissa has also lived in Michigan and California, but nowhere has felt as connected as Hammock Bay. With two kids active in sports and strong involvement in their church, the Johansen Family embraces the close-knit community Hammock Bay offers.
As publisher of Stroll Hammock Bay, Krissa is dedicated to sharing the stories of the neighborhood, celebrating residents, and spotlighting local businesses. Local businesses benefit from advertising in Stroll Hammock Bay, which reaches an engaged audience that values and supports their local community. Featuring in this magazine builds trust and visibility among residents who prefer to shop locally.
