Maxx Limited is excited to introduce a new offering: a home maintenance service plan. This plan includes various packages, each offering a tailored set of services designed to help homeowners maintain their property with ease. "We offer three different plans," explains Nichoel. "With each, we do regular home inspections and take care of all the things you need to maintain a home." Marshall adds, "These are the tasks that often get overlooked but are essential to prevent issues down the road—like changing HVAC filters, checking carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, and ensuring everything is in working order." 

The service plan also covers routine tasks such as lubricating door hinges, cleaning gutters, changing light bulbs, and performing minor paint touch ups and drywall repairs. Homeowners can customize their plans and add on services as needed. Each membership also includes a priority service level, discounted rates, and additional blocks of time for any tasks that pop up on your to-do list.

"We do a lot of carpentry, like installing new trim or baseboards," says Marshall. "We also handle light remodeling and upgrades, particularly in kitchens and bathrooms, and can replace vanities, toilets, and install faucets or shower fixtures." 

After years of battling infertility, IVF, and multiple losses, they finally welcomed their son, Maxx, who was born prematurely at just 2 pounds in 2021. He spent 73 days in the NICU, a challenging time for the family that marked a turning point in their lives and led to the start of Maxx Limited.

"Maxx is doing great," says Nichoel, smiling. At 3 years old, Maxx has shown remarkable improvement since his early days, though the family is navigating a new chapter following his autism diagnosis in late 2023. "We’ve started that new journey which has its ups and downs," Marshall shares. "Maxx is extremely intelligent and is very musical. We think he may have some exceptional gifts!” Music plays a significant role in Maxx’s life. "He goes to music class, loves to sing, and has a piano and drum that he plays. We just got him a violin, but the guitar is his absolute favorite," says Nichoel. “Music is what calms and regulates him. It’s his happy place.”
