Hello, Neighbors, Friends and Sponsors,
It's the most joyful time of year! After reflecting on what gives me joy, I've decided to devote my corner to spotlighting local businesses. Local businesses bring me joy for so many reasons, whether it's a favorite boutique, restaurant or workout studio.
One of the things I enjoy most is working out, especially after a hectic and stressful day. It forces me to focus on something other than my worries plus it's great for your well-being! Recently, I discovered Pepper Boxing in Buckhead. Y'all, this is a studio where you put on big boxing gloves and get your heart pumping by hitting a heavy bag. Talk about punching out your frustrations, you can even pretend the bag is the person or thing causing you pain. The hour flies by and before you know it, you unloaded 700 to 1000 calories! The first class is a mere five dollars, less than a Starbucks Latte...trust me I know. I'm a bit of an addict.
