Meet Cooper

The Sunbathing, Mushroom-Sniffing French Bulldog

In the tranquil neighborhood of Illahe resides a charismatic character known as Cooper. Affectionately nicknamed after the notorious UFC fighter Conor McGregor, Cooper, a three-and-a-half-year-old French Bulldog, has woven himself into the fabric of his family's life with a blend of protective loyalty and mischievous charm.

Spoiled rotten and proudly so, Cooper takes his role as guardian of the household very seriously. Whether it's bravely confronting the vacuum cleaner or valiantly defending against the ominous broom, he stands firm, his little chest puffed out with confidence.

Despite his fears of unexpected deliveries and household appliances, Cooper possesses unique talents that set him apart. He's a connoisseur of sunbathing, often found basking in the sun's warmth, and possesses an uncanny ability to sniff out mushrooms during outdoor adventures with his human family.

Around Augusta National Drive, Cooper is known for his protective nature and peculiar habit of greeting visitors with his favorite stuffed animal firmly clenched in his jaws, a charming quirk that endears him to all who cross his path.

Cooper's family extends beyond humans; he shares his domain with his "nephew" Bowie, another French Bulldog, and his "niece" Ruby, a Labrador. However, his social circle remains small, having arrived from Bellingham, Washington, during the COVID era and missing out on the typical puppy socialization.

Cooper has his occasional escapades, like the time he made a break for the nearby golf course. Becky hoped to coax him home by tossing cheese, yet Cooper does what he wants and finally came home on his own. This sweet Frenchie finds solace and gratitude in the simple pleasures of life—snacks, stuffed animals, and the undivided attention of his human family, particularly Tate, his doting companion.

Reflecting on his journey from the day he left his littermates, CoCooper'story is one of love, loyalty, and a little bit of mischief. From the day he arrived, he knew he had found his place among his humans, where he is cherished, spoiled, and adored—a true king of his Illahe castle.
