Meet Nash
Cleverly named by the Prouty family, Nash gets his name from their favorite ski run at Alpental Mountain.

The Prouty family, Tim, Natalie, Noah, Elin, and Hudson, has been part of the Innis Arden community for two years, and they absolutely love it. With breathtaking views, access to the water, and plenty of space to play, it was the perfect neighborhood for their family. But a furry companion was missing to complete their home. That’s when Nash, their adorable 8-month-old Bernedoodle, entered their lives.
For years, the Prouty kids had been begging for a dog. The family held off, waiting for the right time and place. When they moved to Innis Arden, they finally had the space for a pup to roam, and the decision was made. The whole family traveled to Oregon to meet Nash for the first time, making it a special road trip they’ll never forget.
Noah loved experiencing that first introduction, while Elin remembers how exciting it was to pick Nash up and officially welcome him into the family. Since then, Nash has been a constant source of laughter for everyone.
Nash is no ordinary dog, he has some unique quirks that make him stand out. His “froggy legs” have become legendary in the Prouty household; when he lays down, his legs stretch out in a funny way that always makes his family laugh.
But if there’s one thing Nash loves more than anything, it’s snow. Tim and Noah, both avid snowboarders, love bringing Nash along for winter adventures, where he races beside them down the slopes.
In their daily lives, Nash keeps the family entertained with his funny antics and endless energy. Hudson loves playing “Monkey in the Middle” with Nash, turning an ordinary game into an adorable battle of speed and determination. And when playing indoors, Hudson tosses a ball at the wall, only for Nash to run full-speed into it!
Elin gets a kick out of Nash’s obsession with cheese since it’s his favorite treat, and he’ll do anything to sneak a bite. Meanwhile, Noah loves watching Nash attempt to jump onto tables, only to fall off most of the time.
Nash is spoiled in the best way. In Innis Arden, Nash runs around with his favorite friend, Tank Largent, and enjoys long walks on the trails, beach visits, playtime at Innis Arden Park, and trips to Blue Collar in Edmonds.
If Nash could pick the ultimate adventure, it would be a split-boarding journey through the mountains, complete with a whiskey barrel strapped under his neck, just like a classic Bernese Mountain Dog. Whether it’s a day in the snow or just chasing after his family in the backyard, Nash is always ready for his next great adventure.
