Calling all golfers!  Sign-up now for Kenmure Fights Cancer’s annual Golf Tournament and Gala Dinner.  Whether you play 9 holes or 18, teams can consist of all men, all women, or mixed couples.  Men will be playing from the white tees; women playing either 18 holes or in mixed couples will play from the red.  Women playing 9 holes will play from their usual tee, either red or Glenroy.  Reservations for golf may be made by calling either the Golf Shop or signing up on the KCC website.  Again, Colton Groome Financial will be sponsoring the tournament as well as a hole-in-one contest on #9.  Start practicing:  If you have a hole-in-one on #9 you’ll win $5,000 cash!  Format for this tournament is Captain’s Choice.  Entry fee for Golf Members is $55 plus cart fee if applicable.  This includes three mulligans and a $45 donation to Kenmure Fights Cancer; $10 goes toward prizes.  Non-Golf Members are welcome to play but should contact Doug Olson (630-0453-4531) to register.  The Joanne Jones Trophy as well as Golf Shop credits will be awarded to the Team with Low Net; Golf Shop credits will be awarded to the winning team in each division that has a minimum of two teams.  Prizes also will be awarded to the woman who is closest to the line on #1 and has the longest drive on #4 as well as to the man who is closest to the pin on #5 and has the longest drive on #12.  Reservations for both the Golf Tournament and the Gala Dinner are being accepted at www.kenmurefightscancer.org.
