Meet Dewey! 

This beautiful English Springer Spaniel was born in Minnesota and is 7 1/2 years old. His fun name is rooted in his mom Valerie's appreciation of the Dewey decimal system and her history as a school librarian.

Dewey loves to stand on his scholar's rock in the front yard waiting for any man or beast to pass. Apparently, he's a self-proclaimed "sentry" of the Meadows. 

Additionally, he enjoys long walks and chasing balls. However, his mom and dad often have to do the retrieving when the balls pile up. 

Dewey enjoys his neighborhood pals, Scout and Gunnar. He also enjoys Barkley's barking while walking.
