Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.

We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.

We are grateful to serve this amazing community.

Every month, we share stories from and about different residents within our neighborhood.

Meet Your Publisher

Susan Maxey

After graduating with a BA in Advertising from Texas Tech, I worked in creative design, hospital marketing, and 23+ years in the television industry.

In 2017, I fell in love with the Stroll Kingsgate business model because I truly saw the value in the magazine for both the residents and for our sponsors who become known as neighborhood partners. The idea of pairing businesses with an audience that is a great fit for them is simply... win-win.

Now in print for 5+ years, Stroll Kingsgate is the exclusive publication for the Kingsgate neighbors. Residents love to share stories about their pets, recipes, homes, and more, but the ‘Meet Your Neighbors’ story is a favorite.

Does our publication get read? With about 100 stories and 400 photos, along with about 150 neighbors involved throughout the year, yes it does! Residents read the issues cover to cover so our ads are seen. The neighbors like to support the businesses that allow them to enjoy Stroll Kingsgate every month at no cost.
