Since December is the last month of the year, I decided to take a different approach to my column. I thought I would end the year with sunsets, a subject I rarely shoot.

 

These images include desert sunsets in the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge near Yuma, AZ, the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains north of Denver, and Lake Antitlan in Guatemala.
