Chef Szymanski lived in Corsica until the age of 18. And he has lived in 5 countries over 4 continents since, but he admits that living in Las Olas Isles gives him a great balance between work and his free time.

Chef Szymanski has lived in the beautiful Las Olas Isles for over three years now. He originally moved here because of its strategic location between Miami and West Palm Beach for business purposes. And now he loves and appreciates the fact that living in Las Olas Isles is quieter and easier than living in Miami. "I think it's perfect for me" he admits "I was in London, England before moving to Fort Lauderdale, and I think the sunshine and warm weather make the people who live here cheerful, people seem to have a carefree attitude and I like that!" We probably all agree on that!

Thierry states the obvious truth for those who live in Las Olas Isles, how amazing it is to live so close to the beach while being in the city. It's a perfect location where you can do it all without stepping foot into a car. 

Chef Szymanski loves being outdoors and staying active, and Las Olas Isles provides him with the perfect location to be able to do that! You might catch him going for walks, paddling in the beautiful water pathways or playing tennis. he especially loves having the beach to himself in the early morning and catching the sunrise. you can say he is an active person, he also plays tennis twice a week.

Given the convenience of the location of this beautiful neighborhood, I do not blame him for saying this "I cook at home every day but I also go out for Pizzas and Indian food every week!"
