Peanut Butter Strawberry Bark
I love creating desserts that have fiber and healthy fat for a more balanced, healthier sweet treat. The flavor mix in this frozen bark is a 10/10! This snack is the perfect, homemade, sweet treat. If you're not a strawberry fan, replace them with bananas in this recipe.
Enjoy,

Ingredients:
1/2-1 carton of fresh strawberries, sliced flat
1-2 cups natural peanut butter, melted
1-2 cups chocolate or chocolate chips, melted
A dab of refined coconut oil (helps smooth the melted chocolate)
Sea salt (optional)
Method:
1. Placed sliced strawberries on a piece of parchment paper on a flat surface like a cutting board. (Remember, this will need to go in freezer, so find something that will fit in your freezer space.)
2. Melt peanut butter in microwave and spread over the strawberries. Place in freezer while you do the next steps.
3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in 30-60 seconds intervals and stir until smooth.
4. Remove peanut butter-covered strawberries from freezer and pour melted chocolate over top. Add dash of sea salt on top of chocolate, if desired.
5. Place in freezer for a couple hours until strawberries are frozen. Remove frozen bark and cut into pieces. Store remainder in airtight bag or container in the freezer.
