Healthier Banana Split
Since its invention in 1904 here in Latrobe, the banana split has become an iconic part of American dessert culture! This healthier recipe is a spin on the classic and it’s perfect for breakfast or snacking. The ice cream is substituted with Greek yogurt for less fat and a higher protein source. Mix in natural honey, berries, granola, melted peanut butter drizzle or whatever you desire!
