Hutch is a 4th Grader at Martial Billeaud Elementary School, he had to run against 5th graders in the election to be President of the Martial Billeaud Lighthouse Team,  (Student Council President). It is not common for a 4th grader to win this position, congradulations Hutch! Mom and Dad are very proud of you!
