A buzz was happening in the neighborhood last month!  The first of it's kind, Non Profit Social Club event benefitting The Freedom House was co-hosted by an incredible group of ladies and held at the stunning LedgeCrest Reserve.

Ledgeview resident, Allison Smits realizes that she has an incredible space that she has a passion to share with our community!  With a gorgeous venue, and a heart to serve, she felt the space needed to be used for something more, and the idea of supporting 501C3's was born!

Events like this take time, planning, strategies and a team of determined women.  A special thanks to our partner Jill Dickson-Kesler, owner of Jill & Co Real Estate, Ashley Nick and several others for helping Alliey bring together this wonderful group of women for a cause!

The Freedom House was chosen as the Non Profit to support and just this last year they were able to help house 62 families and 252 individuals with the support of our greater Green Bay Community.  The information shared by the board members was alarming and clearly there are so many in need right here in our community.  Hearing the problems of housing availability for those in need in our area was truly eye opening.  There are many ways to get involved with the Freedom House from financial donations, wish list items and equally important, the gift of time. 

Thank you again to Alliey for opening up her beautiful space, providing all the sips and light bites and making the space and decor and added bonus for this event.  Everything was just perfect and the setting of a garden party feel was the highlight of the week while we were able to listen to the mission and story of The Freedom House.

We are looking forward to this team of ladies bringing more people together in our community to support so many more nonprofits. The next social gathering to support the next recipient, Awaken, will be in November!  We hope that each one that is hosted will gain more support from the locals of Ledgeview, join us!
