Medical Transformation Center
Personalized Medicine for a Healthier Future

In 2024, the U.S. life expectancy was between 78.7 and 82.2 years. According to recent data, 87% of Americans want to take steps to live longer, healthier lives, but three out of four don’t know how. The Louisville-based Medical Transformation Center can help.
Medical Transformation Center specializes in combining insights from mainstream medicine with the newest research-developed protocols from areas like regenerative and cellular medicine to move patients toward health and wellness faster and more sustainably. The team of specialists, led by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Carl Paige, provides solutions for a wide range of health issues, including hormonal imbalances, autoimmune issues, weight loss, cognitive and age-related decline, aesthetic concerns, and infertility. Dr. Paige believes in improving overall health through personalized treatment plans based on a patient’s lifestyle, genetic predispositions, and cellular health. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach at Medical Transformation Center. The team not only brings new, science-backed treatment methods and modalities to patients but also provides them with hope that a better, healthier life is possible.
Medical Transformation Center was founded in 2014 by Dr. Paige and his wife, CEO Terri Paige, who is a highly regarded member of the health and wellness community. Terri is a Fellow of the International Seeds Scientific Research and Performance Institute, a Certified Lifestyle Coach, and a Certified Professional Performance Coach. Carl is a respected, leading voice and educator on optimal health and aging, cellular medicine, and peptide therapy. Dr. Paige is a career physician who spent more than 30 years as a board-certified internist and pediatrician in private practice before creating Medical Transformation Center to address the gaps he saw in traditional medical care.
It was Terri’s long-term gastrointestinal and autoimmune issues that inspired the couple to search for answers and ultimately led to the creation of Medical Transformation Center. Facing compounding health issues, the only answers available at the time were to manage Terri's symptoms with ever-increasing medications (and their side effects) rather than address the root causes of her ailments. The couple began doing extensive research to seek evidence-based solutions.
Through this quest, Dr. Paige discovered nutritional and metabolic medicine, regenerative medicine, and cellular medicine, which recognizes that many chronic illnesses like inflammatory, autoimmune, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal diseases can be improved by uncovering and managing cellular inefficiencies. Changes to diet and nutrition dramatically improved Terri’s condition and set the Paige's on a course that has changed their lives and the lives of so many others.
The Paige's have a long history in family business. As a child, Terri helped her physician father in his family medical practice. Before opening Medical Transformation Center, the couple owned and managed an internal medicine and pediatrics practice in Oldham Country. Carl and Terri, Anchorage residents, are parents to 8 children and 3 grandchildren, with many sharing their legacy of transforming lives through work in the Paiges’ medical practices over the years.
At Medical Transformation Center, Dr. Paige, Dr. Alexa Davis, and their clinical team offer patients cutting-edge, internationally recognized treatment methods and the tools they need to live longer, healthier lives. They truly listen, look at the whole person, and seek the most beneficial solutions and treatment options. This personal approach and dedication to patients make Carl a true hero to those he’s helped throughout his career. There are a lot of people out there who aren't well and are looking for someone to truly help them beyond masking symptoms. Leading the way in healthcare, the Medical Transformation Center team hears people, takes them seriously, and draws on all the research-supported tools that are available to help them.
