On Thursday evening, August 8, 2024, the Greenland Hills Neighborhood Association hosted an exclusive Sip & Shop event at Favor the Kind, one of Lower Greenville’s newest businesses. The event brought together neighbors for an evening of shopping, sipping, and supporting the community.

Residents were thrilled to stock up on gifts for teachers, family, friends, and even themselves, with a variety of presents, clothes, jewelry, and unique home items available. The turnout was fantastic with neighbors making purchases that collectively raised about $300 for the GHNA.

Favor the Kind generously donated 15% of all purchases from the event back to the GHNA, helping membership dollars stretch even further to support neighborhood activities and events. The success and positive response from this event have inspired hopes of making it an annual tradition.
