Dick and Jean Quinn live in the house at 654 79th St., top left. Jean has been active in many civic affairs and has served as the president of the Indianapolis Garden Club and of the Woodstock Club. Dick was founder and president of the very successful Cameron Springs water company. He is also an accomplished sailor who crewed with America's Cup winning captain Ted Turner while at Brown. Jean's sister is Mary Clare Broadbent, whose home is shown elsewhere, and one of her brothers is Jack Heidt who also lives in Williams Creek, with his wife Bonnie, at 7928 High Drive, top right. Their daughter Ann and her husband, Brian King, and their children are also our good neighbors, at 8035 Broadway (shown elsewhere). Jack Lacy, President of Litho press, and his wife, Nancy, live in the house at 320 Willow Spring, below right. Michelle (Lacy) and Perry Griffith live in the O.C. Winters-built house at 663 Forest, below left. Perry's mother, Gerd's house is shown next as is the house once owned by Bill and Cecie Griffith. Other Williams Creek family ties of which I am aware are the Fortunes, Cislaks, Scotts, Wynnes, Rogers, Ryans, Mahoneys, Deans, LaCrosses, Snyders, Batts/Weavers (Bonnie Jean Weaver was Martha Susan Batt's mother) and, of course, Houcks.
