They offer exercise and recreation programs that focus on improving overall health.

 

At the SportsPlex, their motto is “something for everybody,” and they mean it! No matter your age, your physicality or your interests, they have something for you, and their wide variety of amenities is unlike any other fitness facility in the area. In addition to a state-of-the-art weight room and cardio area, they have group fitness classes, basketball courts, racquetball courts, pickleball courts, an indoor pool, an outdoor splash park, indoor and outdoor tracks, a disc golf course and much more. They also offer free tot watch for parents and caregivers.

 

As with most city departments in parks and recreation, they are all about serving their community.
