Sausage Dip

1 lb. hot or mild sausage
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese, divided
8 oz. sour cream
1 can diced green chilies
1 loaf French bread

Brown sausage and drain. Mix with sour cream, cream cheese, chilis and half the cheese. Scoop out the top of the French bread and fill it with the mixture. Put the remainder of the cheese on top. Spray bread with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with Frito's scoops.
