Gavin Kelly graduated from Hickory High School in 2020.  He played on the golf team, was a member of the National Honor Society, and Technical Honor Society. Most recently, he attended Belmont Abbey College and graduated in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. Gavin enjoyed his time at BAC where he was able to live on campus but was always close enough to home to stay plugged in to our area.

Gavin grew up around his family’s real estate business, and during his summers, he would help with working on the company’s social media and helping to put out and pick up signs, among other duties. In the summer of 2022, he got his real estate license and was able to help in a higher capacity.  He now works full-time as REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Foothills. He is happy to be able to have a career in the area where he grew up and is super excited about the future growth of our area. He has teamed up with his father, Mike Kelly, to provide superior service to clients, whether they are looking to buy or sell a home.

Gavin is a huge sports fan, following the Charlotte Hornets, Charlotte FC, Philadelphia Phillies, and Philadelphia Eagles closely.  Our family are also members of Lake Hickory Country Club, and he enjoys playing golf and working out there regularly.
