Moore’s Ferry neighbor Allen Finley is well-known in the community for many wonderful reasons. He is an original developer/partner in Phases II and III. He is extremely generous with his time, active and giving throughout the community, and even holds two impressive Guinness Book of World Records titles for doubles tennis matches. He can also sing.

Allen is the lead singer for a local band 20/20. Formed in 2008, the group consists of five eye doctors, and a near-sighted singer, which explains the name. 20/20 is known for their covers of Bruno Mars, Weezer, Eric Church, Chris Stapleton, Semisonic, Blink 182, Billy Idol, Black Keys, Coldplay, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Buffett, Van Morrison, Beatles, Monkees, The Who, Queen, Lynyrd Skynyrd and dozens of others. Allen's wife, Jackie, and Daughter, Madeline, also sing with the band from time to time.

Among many notable accomplishments, they were the Friday night headliner at the 2017 and 2016 Oktoberfest, performed with Beach Boys and Frankie Valli guitarist/singer Adrian Baker in 2010, made it through three rounds of America’s Got Talent in 2011, and performed with Black Crowes and Sugarland guitarist Benji Shanks in 2020. The band was most recently featured in a National Cheerwine commercial and a WBTV feature story.
