One of the highlights of our vibrant social calendar is the series of exclusive wine dinners held over ten months each year. These aren’t just dinners; they’re extraordinary journeys into the world of fine wines, expertly curated by our Food and Beverage Director, Sean Fyffe. Each event features a sumptuous seven-course pairing, with dishes meticulously crafted to complement the wines. But what truly sets these evenings apart is the presence of winery owners and representatives who travel from across the globe to share their expertise and the rich histories behind their vineyards.

This past August, we were thrilled to host the most exclusive wine dinner in TCCMV’s history, featuring none other than Master Sommelier and Schrader Cellars General Manager, Jason Smith. Schrader Cellars is renowned for its unparalleled wines, having earned an astonishing thirty-nine perfect 100-point scores from top wine critics—more than any other winery in Napa Valley. TCCMV was one of only seven venues nationwide selected to host a Schrader Cellars wine dinner, making this an event of rare prestige.

At these wine dinners, our members enjoy not just a meal, but an immersive experience. Executive Chef Michael Koenig and his culinary team elevate each evening with a menu of the freshest, most exquisite dishes, perfectly paired with the finest wines. Throughout the night, Sean Fyffe and his team deliver impeccable service, ensuring that every detail enhances the overall experience.
