Suzy grew up in Middletown, KY, where she met her husband, Phillip Clark Jr., in 1997. A native of Oldham County, Phillip, was building a concrete business at the time. Together, they founded Unique Construction Concepts. Two years later, they married and began building a life rooted in hard work and shared dreams.

The Clarks settled in Oldham County, where they created a loving home for their two daughters and son. Their family grew even more complete with the addition of two dogs, Peyton and Bailey, and their Grand pup Maya, who all bring joy and companionship to their home in Goshen.

In January 2005, Suzy took her first steps into real estate, earning her license and joining Semonin REALTORS®. Through her work with buyers and sellers, she noticed a recurring need for dependable, high-quality cleaning services during home transitions.

Seeing an opportunity to help, Suzy founded Complete Cleaning Services, a business focused on reliability, trustworthiness, and long-term client relationships. For over 13 years, her company has served Louisville, surrounding counties, and Southern Indiana, earning praise for its consistent excellence.
