Hollytree Health was founded in 2023 by Blake Williams and Brandi Love with a vision to transform the way primary healthcare is delivered. Hollytree Health is a forward-thinking medical practice, redefining the patient experience by offering a personalized, accessible, and affordable model of care.

Blake Williams and Brandi Love, experienced nurse practitioners and East Texas natives, founded Hollytree Health to tackle the healthcare gaps they encountered throughout their careers. Their years in the emergency department revealed the significant disparities that arise when patients lack access to reliable, affordable primary care. “Time and again, we saw patients relying on the ER for conditions that could have been managed—or even prevented—with the right support,” they say. Recognizing the need in their field, they were inspired to create Hollytree Health, a place where patients feel truly welcome and cared for, without the hassle and red tape of the traditional healthcare system. “We wanted to offer a better alternative—a space where individuals and families could access primary care services easily, affordably, and without the rushed, impersonal experience that has become all too common.” Through their adoption of the direct primary care model, they’ve eliminated many of the barriers to care, therefore being able to provide unlimited access, same-day appointments, and personalized attention for a flat monthly fee. With the goal of aiming to increase access to quality care and build meaningful relationships with their patients, they have empowered patients to take control of their health.

Blake and Brandi aren’t the only members of the Hollytree Health team committed to creating accessible health care. Kenzie McFadden is a family nurse practitioner and graduate from the University of Texas at Tyler. She has spent over a decade in nursing, gaining a wide range of experience in patient care and healthcare settings. Born and raised in Henderson County, her values and approach to patient care has been shaped by the place she calls home. In her personal life, she is happily married and a proud mother. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient centered care and is always seeking new ways to grow and improve as a healthcare provider. 

Teresa Dominy is another east Texas native on the Hollytree Health team, and currently the office manager. Blake and Brandi say Teresa is the glue that holds them together, saying “Teresa was our dream hire when we started to consider who we would want to help us start our business and we are so blessed to have her!” She has goals to get accepted into nursing school in the near future. She recently got married, and enjoys spending time with her family and dogs in her spare time.

Hollytree Health offers comprehensive primary care, urgent care, and regenerative medicine services. Members enjoy unlimited access to routine care, annual lab work, and in-office testing, including for urgent conditions like strep, flu, and COVID-19. They also provide advanced services like peptide therapy, IV hydration, and PRP/PRF treatments. While they accept insurance for services outside their clinic, they focus on direct patient care within our office. Many patients utilize HSAs or FSAs for expenses, making healthcare both affordable and flexible. 

At Hollytree Health, their direct primary care model prioritizes building strong patient relationships and fostering a sense of community. Brandi and Blake say, “Whether it’s a same-day appointment, extended visit times to address multiple concerns, or direct communication with your provider via text or email, we’re here when you need us.” Here, the client isn’t just a number – they’re a valued member receiving personalized care. This commitment extends beyond the clinic walls, as they actively participate in fundraisers and local events to support causes that matter to their neighbors. “These events not only allow us to give back but also give us the opportunity to connect with the community we serve on a more personal level. By staying involved and contributing to local initiatives, we aim to promote health and well-being both inside and outside our clinic.” Hollytree Health envisions a future where everyone has access to personalized, affordable healthcare.
