It all started when two guys in a bar challenged themselves to live the dream. Community, family, and teamwork, this is what they live by. The owners, Steve and Josh, met while working at The Post Bar in downtown Plymouth. Realizing their common goals, they hatched up a plan. They wanted to provide a future for their families, all while doing what they love.

When it comes to cocktails, this is Steves's niche. He won Tito’s bartender of the year back in…. “he won’t let us say the year”. It’s second nature to him when it comes to creating exciting new cocktails. He thinks about what the guests are always looking for, and he makes it happen. Food…. Who doesn’t love food. When trying to come up with the menu, they realized they wanted the food menu to be based on their childhood memories. They wanted to take

some of their favorite family recipes and elevate them. That’s where Chef came in. They all put their minds to it, created a menu that meant something to them, and offered something to their guests.

Josh did a lot of traveling in his early years. While doing so, he was able to experience different foods from around the world. This played a huge role in coming up with ingredients that would create the perfect elevated comfort food. We do our best to include local ingredients in our food menu and our draft beer list.
