Phillips Creek Ranch HOA News You Can Use!
Access Cards - Pool season is officially here! If you or someone in your home, 16 years or older, needs an amenity Access Card, please fill out and return to us the Access Card User Agreement found under "For Residents" and "Online Forms" on the website. New residents will not be charged. Replacement cards cost $25 each and can be purchased with cash, check, or credit card paid through the PCR HOA portal (there is a fee for credit card payments). As a reminder, it is prohibited to share your card with anybody, even someone in your own household. It is important that the Association accurately track who is in the amenity centers.
Vista Park Pool - Pools are now open through mid-October and hours are 9 a.m-9 p.m. This season, the PCR Board of Directors decided to have lifeguards only at the Cascades Park pool. The Vista Park pool will have individual monitors on duty weekends through Labor Day 12 p.m.-9 p.m., and weekdays 5 p.m.-9 p.m. through August 9th.
Cascades Park Pool - The lifeguards will be onsite through August 11th from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. From August 12th to September 2nd, lifeguards will be there on weekends only 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
Trash Can Storage - Trash cans when not at the curb for pickup, must be stored out of sight from the street. They may not be stored in front of the garage or fence. Trash cans may be at the curb from 5 p.m. the evening before pick-up, all day after pick-up, and must be stored again by 9 a.m. the morning after pick-up.
Dogs Must Be Leashed – For the safety of all the dogs and people and kids in the community, dogs must be leashed at all times when not confined in their own yards. We know many dogs here in PCR are extremely well-trained, but there are so many factors involved, we want to ensure everyone including the dogs are safe, and that everyone feels safe for themselves, their pets, and their families.

Habitual Street Parking - Habitual street parking is prohibited for residents in Phillips Creek Ranch. Residents are required to park regularly in their garages and in their driveways. Please do not block residents’ driveways, especially near school pick-up or drop-off times.
