HOA monthly assessment increase for 2025

The Board of Directors recently finalized the 2025 Operating and Reserve Budget. This 
approved budget comes with an $18.00 increase in your monthly HOA assessment for 2025. 
 
If you have set up an automatic payment with your bank or on the community website or 
with Alliance Association Bank, you must go to the payment that you set up and change the 
amount. Automatic payments will not automatically update the amount. The Association does not have the ability to change the amount that you set up for auto-payment. For online payments, see the Assessments and Payment Options page on the website under the “Community Pages” tab. 
 
How to Stay Informed with HOA Happenings: 
*Budget & 5-Year Plan Access: You can find the Board-approved 5-Year Reserve Plan, the 
2025 Operating Budget, and the 2025 Reserve Budget on the community website under 
the Resources tab. 
*Board Meeting Minutes: Also under the Resources tab, you can find all official records of 
Board Meetings. 
*Website & Payment Options: Visit www.phillipscreekranchhoa.com, Community Pages 
tab, for more information. Here you can also find the "Assessments and Payment 
Options" page to set up and change automatic payments or make a one-time payment. 
*New Communication Channels: The Board formed a Communications Committee to 
provide additional updates. Follow the official Facebook and Instagram pages: both are 
named "Official Phillips Creek Ranch". 
*Website Updates: 
o The website remains the primary source of information. 
o Sign up to receive emails for compliance notices, events, and more by adjusting 
your Notification Preferences under “My Account”.
